Delivery & Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with items you have purchased (as advised in out Terms & Conditions policy,) you can return them to us up to 14 days from the day which you received the item.
We will refund the full price that you purchased the goods as long as the items have not been worn or are not damaged in anyway. Ideally we would like the original packaging to be returned with the items.
Our products are sent by Standard UK delivery (£4.00), once dispatched you can expect to receive your order within 1 - 3 days.
Returning your items is very straight forward. A free returns and address slip is included with the package for UK orders only. Please read the instructions on how to return your items on the delivery note included with your order.
We can also accept returns at our Savile Row flagship store. Click and Collect returns to our Savile Row store will be processed by original tender in our head office.
European orders are sent by European Standard Delivery, and once dispatched you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days. Shipping cost is calculated at the till.
European orders are liable for the shipping cost of your own returns. Please send via an insurable, traceable method, and please retain all your shipping documentation. Refund will only be made once the return is back in our possession.
Rest of World Deliveries
Rest of world orders are sent by Standard Delivery, and once dispatched you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days. Shipping cost is calculated at the till.
Any customs of import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charge must be paid by the receipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Chester Barrie cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
